Removal
Removal make in a following order:
– Remove a transmission. Check up and if necessary replace a forward sealing ring of a transmission;
– Note a marker or a paint position of coupling in gathering in relation to a flywheel;
– Using the special tool or a screw-driver, for teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel block it from проворачивания;
– Gradually on a diagonal loosen the bolts of fastening of coupling in gathering, turning each bolt on a half-turn until spring action will stop, and bolts can be unscrewed manually;
– Remove press and conducted coupling disks. Check up a coupling condition;
– Note a marker or a paint flywheel position in relation to a cranked shaft;
– Using the special tool or a screw-driver, for teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel block it from проворачивания;

– Turn out bolts and, being careful, remove a flywheel / a plate of a drive from a cranked shaft. On cars with an automatic transmission, from two parties of a plate of a drive there are adjusting plates which are necessary for holding together with a drive plate (
fig. 3.45).
Installation
On models with a mechanical transmission check up a flywheel on deterioration from outside couplings and a condition of teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel.
If there is a deterioration of a surface of the flywheel contacting to a disk of coupling, a flywheel it is necessary перешлифовать.
Check up a condition of a back sealing ring of a cranked shaft. If there are oil leaks, replace a sealing ring.
Place a flywheel / a plate of a drive opposite to a cranked shaft and combine the labels put before removal. On some engines for orientation and flywheel fixing is available шпонка or apertures for flywheel fastening are located on different distances one from another. Put on a carving of bolts of fastening of a flywheel / of a plate of a drive контровочный the structure interfering their self-unscrewing (blocking liquid).
Using the special tool or a screw-driver, for teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel block it from проворачивания and gradually, cross-wise tighten bolts of fastening by the moment 83–88 Nm.
The further installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.
