Removal
Removal make in a following order:
– Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery;
– Tighten a lay brake and establish an emphasis under back wheels;
– Lift a forward part of the car and establish on support;
– Remove грязезащитный a guard of a motor compartment;
– Merge from the engine engine oil and turn out the oil filter;
– Remove the index (щуп) oil level;
– Turn out 3 nuts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector and 2 bolts of fastening of the catalyst to other part of system of release of the fulfilled gases;
– Turn out 2 bolts of fastening of an arm and remove a reception exhaust pipe together with an arm;
– Remove a support of a final collector;

– Turn out bolts (
fig. 3.37) and remove the forward support of the power unit located about a radiator of system of cooling;
– Turn out bolts and remove the oil pallet. If the oil pallet sits strongly, separate it from the block of cylinders, having inserted between them a screw-driver edge, thus do not damage привалочные a surface of the pallet and the block of cylinders.
Installation
Firm plastic or wooden scraper clear of the rests of an old lining and hermetic привалочные surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders.
Check up that carving apertures for bolts of fastening of the oil pallet in the block of cylinders pure and have no carving damages.
Check up a flange of the oil pallet, especially about apertures for bolts, on absence of the deformed sites. If necessary level привалочную a surface of the pallet a hammer on wooden бруске.
Check up fastening маслозаборной tubes and absence in it of cracks. If маслозаборная the tube acted in film, clear it and establish with a new sealing ring or a lining. Check up on absence of pollution the mesh filter маслозаборника.

Put on
привалочную a surface of the oil pallet a layer of hermetic RTV in diameter of 5 mm (
fig. 3.38).
Establish the oil pallet on the block of cylinders and fix bolts, tightening them it is consecutive on a circle in some passes.
The further installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Before pouring of engine oil wait 1 ч that hermetic has had time to harden.

THE NOTE
The oil pallet is necessary for establishing during 5 mines after hermetic drawing.
|
Establish the new oil filter and fill in in the engine engine oil.
At installation of a reception exhaust pipe use new linings.
Start up the engine and check up on absence of leaks.
