Removal
Removal of a final collector spend on the cold engine in a following order:
– Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery;
– Release from clips of a wire of the gauge of oxygen. If the new final collector is established, remove the oxygen gauge.

– Turn out bolts (
fig. 3.8) and remove a thermofilter of a final collector;
– Put on nuts of fastening of a final collector the means facilitating them отворачивание;
– Disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from a final collector;

– Turn out nuts and bolts (
fig. 3.9) and remove a support of a final collector. On some models are established on two support of a final collector;

– Turn out nuts (
fig. 3.10) and remove a final collector and a lining.
Installation
Installation make in a following order:
– A scraper remove the rests of an old lining and adjournment of soot with привалочных surfaces of a final collector and a head of the block of cylinders;
– Establish a new lining of a final collector on hairpins of a head of the block of cylinders;
– Establish a final collector and fix its nuts. Tighten nuts in some approaches, since the centre and further on a spiral.
The further installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.
Start up the engine and check up on absence of leaks of the fulfilled gases.
