Removal of a head of the block of cylinders spend on the cold engine in a following order:
– Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery;
– Dump pressure in fuel system;
– Merge cooling liquid from the block of cylinders and a radiator;
– Merge from the engine engine oil and turn out the oil filter;
– Remove a distributive fuel highway and atomizers;
– Remove inlet and final collectors;
– Remove a gear belt, a pulley of a camshaft and a tension roller of a gear belt;

– Turn out bolts and remove a back casing of a gear belt 5 (fig. 3.35
– Disconnect the gauge of position of a camshaft;
– Remove camshafts 12, 49 and pushers;
– Mark and disconnect the remained branch pipes of system of cooling, a tube, a cable, hoses and wires;

, and then turn out completely bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 3.36
– Remove a head from the block of cylinders. If the head sits very densely, the lever from outside, opposite to a gear belt, separate a head from the block of cylinders.
At installation of a head of the block it is necessary to use new bolts of fastening.
All clips and collars which at removal will be damaged or cut, at installation of a head of the block replace with the new.
At replacement of a head of the block in cooling system fill in a fresh cooling liquid.
Privalochnye surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders should be absolutely pure. For their clearing use a firm plastic or wooden scraper. At clearing be careful, as the aluminium alloy is very easy for damaging. Be convinced that the deposit has not got to channels of system of greasing and cooling. It is especially important for greasing system as the deposit can block oil giving to engine details. If necessary clean channels.
Check up привалочные surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders: on them there should not be notches, deep scratches and other damages. Small defects can be eliminated machining. At detail major defects are subject to replacement.
Tap clear a carving of apertures for bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders in the block. Clear apertures under bolts in the block. Вворачивание a bolt in the aperture filled with oil can break off the block because of hydraulic pressure.
Establish details and knots which acted in film from a head of the block of cylinders.
Check up that directing plugs are established in the block of cylinders.
The new lining of a head of the block of cylinders is necessary for taking from packing directly ahead of installation.
Establish a lining on directing plugs, thus an inscription top should be directed to a head.
Establish a head of the block of cylinders.
Put on a carving of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders a thin layer of engine oil, insert bolts and tighten them by hand.
In the sequence shown in drawing 3.36
, in two stages, tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders:
1st — tighten the moment 49 Nm;
2nd — tighten on a corner 90 .
Further it is not required additional pulling up of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
The further installation of a head of the block of cylinders is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Check up and if necessary adjust backlashes of valves.
Fill in cooling liquid.
Establish the new oil filter and fill in in the engine engine oil.
Start up the engine and check up on absence of leaks.
Adjust the ignition moment.
Conduct road tests of the car.
