Replacement make in a following order:
– Remove a gear belt and a pulley of a gear belt from a cranked shaft;

– A screw-driver edge take a sealing ring from a nest (
fig. 3.22). For simplification of removal of a sealing ring, a sharp knife cut off a working edge from the reinforced basis on all perimetre of a sealing ring (
fig. 3.23). At removal do not scratch a nest of a sealing ring and a cranked shaft;

– Clear a nest of a sealing ring and a neck of a cranked shaft. Grease with engine oil an external surface and a working edge of a sealing ring;
– Tubular оправкой, with external diameter a bit smaller external diameter of a ring, establish a sealing ring into place. Check up that the ring is established without a warp and on the same depth, as earlier established ring;
– Establish a pulley on a cranked shaft and a gear belt;
– Start up the engine and check up tightness of a forward sealing ring of a cranked shaft.
