Removal
Removal make in a following order:
– Remove the oil pallet;

– Turn out 2 nuts and 2 bolts (fig. 3.39) and remove маслоприемник with a reflective plate and the mesh filter;
– Support the engine from above and remove directing roller, a pulley поликлинового a belt from a cranked shaft, a gear belt and a pulley of a gear belt;

– Turn out 12 bolts (fig. 3.40) and remove from the block of cylinders a forward cover with the case of the oil pump;

– Turn out two bolts 1 (fig. 3.41) and uncover the case of the oil pump. Remove a conducted gear wheel 5 (fig. 3.42) the oil pump and a sealing lining 4 round sections;

– Fix a pulley of the oil pump in a vice with soft sponges and turn out a nut of fastening of a pulley (fig. 3.43). Remove a shaft of the oil pump with a leading gear wheel;
– A firm plastic or wooden scraper clear of the rests of an old lining and hermetic привалочные surfaces of the case of the oil pump and a cover;
– Remove a lock ring of fastening редукционного the valve, a spring saddle, a spring and the piston редукционного the valve.
Check
Clear all details of the oil pump and examine them on absence of damages.
Examine the piston редукционного the valve on absence of deterioration and задиров. Otherwise replace in the complete set the piston редукционного the valve and a spring.
Edge щупа check up a backlash between a conducted gear wheel of the pump and the case. Rating value of a backlash of 0,10-0,16 mm, maximum permissible value – 0,20 mm. If the backlash exceeds maximum permissible value, replace conducted and leading gear wheels of the oil pump in the complete set and the case of the oil pump.

Edge щупа check up a backlash between a conducted and leading gear wheel of the pump (fig. 3.44). Rating value of a backlash of 0,04-0,16 mm, maximum permissible value – 0,20 mm. If the backlash exceeds maximum permissible value, replace conducted and leading gear wheels of the oil pump in the complete set.
Installation
Installation make in a following order:
– A screw-driver edge take old and establish a new sealing ring in a cover of the oil pump. Grease a working edge of a sealing ring with fresh engine oil;
– Similarly replace a sealing ring in the case of the oil pump. Grease a working edge of a sealing ring with fresh engine oil;
– Establish a new sealing lining of round section in the case of the oil pump;
– Grease with fresh engine oil a conducted gear wheel of the oil pump and establish it in the case so that the label on a gear wheel settled down from outside covers of the oil pump;
– Grease with fresh engine oil the bearing and a shaft of a leading gear wheel and establish a shaft in the case. Establish on a shaft a pulley and fix its nut, having tightened its moment 24 Nm;
– Establish a cover of the oil pump and fix its two bolts the in length of 16 mm, having tightened their moment 9 Nm;
– Grease with fresh engine oil the piston редукционного the valve and establish all details of the valve in the case of the oil pump;
– Check up that directing plugs are established in the block of cylinders.
– Establish a lining on directing plugs;
– Establish the case of the oil pump and fix bolts, having tightened them for some passes by the moment 9 Nm;
– Establish with a new lining or a sealing ring маслоприемник with a reflective plate and the mesh filter and fix bolts and nuts, having tightened their moment 5,5 Nm (fig. 3.39 see).
The further installation spend to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Fill in in the engine engine oil.
Start up the engine and check up pressure of oil and absence of leaks.
Check up engine oil level.
