Check of a condition of tyres — the important element of preventive maintenance which can give the information on a condition of a steering and suspension brackets of the car and to prevent serious damages.
Depth of a protector is measured by the simple measuring tool — глубиномером. When depth of a protector reaches a minimum established by the legislation or the manufacturer of tyres, replace tyres.
At survey of tyres mark any abnormal deterioration of a protector. Signs of non-uniform deterioration of a protector, such as step deterioration of paths of a protector, spotty deterioration of a protector and the strengthened deterioration on the one hand wheels, specify in infringement of corners of installation of wheels and / or balancing. Regularly check pressure in tyres, support pressure at normal level. Check pressure upon cold tyres before a trip or after a while after it.
If pressure of air in tyres falls, first of all check up tyres on presence of punctures or cuts. If the tyre has no defects, check up a condition and reliability of an inhaling of a zolotnik. For simplification of search of leaks of air put on a place of prospective leak a soap solution. In the presence of leak the soap solution will start to bubble.
Carefully examine an internal lateral surface of each tyre on presence on it of traces of a brake liquid. If traces of a brake liquid are visible, immediately check up a condition of wheel brake mechanisms.
