Removal
Removal make in a following order:
– Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery;
– Remove a belt of a drive of hinged units;
– Tighten a lay brake and block back wheels an emphasis;
– loosen the nuts of fastening of the right forward wheel. Lift a forward part of the car and establish on support. Remove the right forward wheel and грязезащитный a guard of an arch of the right forward wheel;

– Establish on a pulley /

проворачивания, and a face key with the big shoulder turn out the central bolt (
fig. 3.85);
– Screw the central bolt on some coils of a carving and a stripper remove a pulley/gasitel of fluctuations from a cranked shaft. Turn out the central bolt and remove a pulley / гаситель fluctuations from the car.

THE PREVENTION
Do not use a stripper which captures are established on an external surface of a pulley / гасителя fluctuations as it will lead to its damage.

Installation make in a following order:

– Manually establish as far as possible a pulley /
гаситель fluctuations on a cranked shaft of the engine, thus combine
шпоночный a groove on a pulley with
шпонкой a cranked shaft (
fig. 3.86);
– Establish on a pulley / гаситель fluctuations the special adaptation fixing it from проворачивания, and a face key with the big shoulder screw the central bolt and tighten its moment 170 Nm.
