Removal of an inlet collector spend on the cold engine in a following order:
– Dump pressure in fuel system;
– Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery;
– Remove a branch pipe of an air inlet and the resonator;
– Remove a cowl and the casing of the ventilating chamber located in the basis of a windscreen;
– Remove a fuel distributive highway in gathering with atomizers;
– Remove draught of a throttle and throttle knot from an inlet collector;
– Mark and disconnect the ventilation valve картера (PCV), plaits of wires and vacuum hoses from a back part of an inlet collector;
– Lift the car on the lift. From under the car turn out the bottom bolts of fastening of an inlet collector

– From above turn out the top nuts and fastening bolts (fig. 3.76
) and remove an inlet collector.
Installation make in a following order:
– A scraper remove the rests of an old lining and hermetic with привалочных surfaces of an inlet collector and a head of the block of cylinders, then clear surfaces solvent;
– Establish a new lining in a groove of an inlet collector. Establish a collector with a lining on directing plugs of a head of the block of cylinders and fix bolts and nuts. A tightening of bolts and nuts spend to some passes, since the centre and further on a spiral not to deform an inlet collector.
The further installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Check up level of a cooling liquid and if necessary finish it to norm.
Check up all connections of throttle knot and smoothness of moving throttle заслонки.
Start up the engine and check up on absence of leaks of a cooling liquid.
Conduct road tests of the car and check up work of all systems, including cruise-control system.
