Removal of tips of steering draughts make as follows.
Tighten a lay brake and block back wheels an emphasis.
Loosen the nuts of fastening of a forward wheel. Lift a forward part of the car and establish on support. Remove a forward wheel.

pin and
loosen the, but do not turn out completely, a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering bent for to a rotary fist (
fig. 13.10).

Turn out a nut and remove a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draught from a rotary fist.
Turn out a tip of steering draught from steering draught.
Installation of a tip of steering draught make as follows:
Screw a tip of steering draught on steering draught to a mark put before removal.
Insert a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draught into a rotary fist. Tighten a counternut of a tip of steering draught.
Screw a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering bent for to a rotary fist, tighten its moment 36 Nm and establish new pin. If the aperture in a pin for pinа does not coincide with grooves on a nut, tighten a nut (do not turn out) before position while grooves on a nut will not be on one line with an aperture.
Establish a wheel, screw nuts, lower the car and tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel.
Check up and if necessary adjust corners of installation of wheels.
