Removal of a steering column make следущим in the image:
Switch off ignition, disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery and wait for 2 mines before carrying out of the further work.
Establish wheels for movement directly forward.
Remove a steering wheel, then turn a key in the ignition lock in position LOCK to block a steering shaft from rotation, otherwise the spiral wire of a pillow of safety can be damaged.
Remove the bottom panel of furnish, under a steering column.
Remove casings of a steering column.
Disconnect electric sockets from a plait of wires of a steering column.

Turn out bolts of fastening of a steering column, then lower and, having pulled back, be convinced that it keeps nothing (
fig. 13.8,
13.9). Separate an intermediate shaft from a steering shaft and remove a steering column.
Installation of a steering column make следущим in the image:
Insert the bottom end of a steering shaft into a nest of the universal hinge of an intermediate shaft and screw, but do not tighten, bolts of fastening of a steering column.
Tighten bolts of fastening of a steering column the moment 25 Nm.
Screw a coupling bolt of fastening of the universal hinge to a steering shaft and tighten its moment 26
Nm (

).
