The gauge of absolute pressure of air in an inlet collector measures pressure of air in an inlet collector which fluctuates depending on loading of the engine and speed of the car and transforms the information to target pressure. Target pressure changes from 1,9 to 2,1 In at closed throttle заслонке (high vacuum) and from 0,3 to 0,5 In at open throttle заслонке (low vacuum). On the basis of this pressure PCM operates giving of fuel and installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition. The gauge is fixed on an arm established on a partition of a motor compartment.
Replacement of the gauge of absolute pressure in an inlet collector on models since 2001 make as follows:
– Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery;
– Disconnect an electric socket and a vacuum hose from the gauge;

– Turn out a bolt and remove the gauge of absolute pressure together with an arm from a partition of a motor compartment (
fig. 7.8).
