Removal

       PREVENTIONS
The fuel system is under constant pressure, therefore before a detachment of pipelines remove pressure in fuel system.
Air central air is under a high pressure, therefore do not open a contour of cooling of a central air while the coolant is not pumped out.
The central air should be served by the technicians trained in safe working methods, with application of the special equipment and with observance of safety rules at gathering and storage of an automobile coolant.

       THE NOTE
Transmission removal on all-wheel drive models — rather a laborious work. The manufacturer recommends to remove the power unit in gathering then to disconnect a transmission from the engine.

Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove pressure in fuel system.
Remove a cowl.
Disconnect a cable of an accelerator and take aside together with an arm.
Remove the storage battery. On cars from 2001 of release remove a support of the storage battery.
On cars till 2001 of release remove an absorber with the activated coal.
Turn away a nut of fastening of forward wheels and power shafts to naves.
Merge engine oil and cooling liquid.
On cars from 2001 of release remove a broad tank.
Remove belts of a drive of hinged units.
Mark and disconnect from the engine vacuum hoses and hoses of system of cooling, electric sockets, wires of connection with "weight" and fuel tubes.
Release clips and disconnect from the engine plaits of wires. Also disconnect wires from the block of management of transmission (PCM) in salon of the car and extend wires from car salon in a motor compartment.
Turn out bolts of fastening of the pump of the amplifier of a steering, take him aside and a soft wire fix on a body.
Remove the radiator fan, a casing of the fan and a radiator. This operation is not obligatory, however, it will prevent their damage at engine removal. If the radiator remains established in the car, disconnect from it tubes of an oil radiator of a transmission.
On models with a central air turn out bolts of fastening of the compressor of the conditioner. Move the conditioner compressor together with the wires attached to it and tubes aside and a soft wire fix it on a body.
Remove a reception exhaust pipe.
Turn out a nut of fastening of a cable of the selector and disconnect it from the lever of a choice of transfers on the forward party of a transmission.
Remove a clip and remove a cover of a cable from an arm on a transmission.
Disconnect all electric sockets from a transmission.
Remove forward power shafts and propeller a shaft.
Turn out two bolts, крепящие steering transfer to a forward cross-section beam, and bolts of fastening of hinges to the bottom cross-section levers.
Hook on a chain of the elevating device for the engine and pull it so that the engine and transmission weight was perceived by the elevating device.
Check up that anything, except support, does not connect the engine and a transmission to the car.
Turn out bolts of fastening of the left and right support of the power unit.
Turn out bolts and remove longitudinal and cross-section beams.
Slowly lower the engine with a transmission. Disconnect from the engine a chain of the elevating mechanism.
Remove a starter.

On models till 2001 of release turn out bolts and remove a rigidity plate (fig. 9.29).
On models from 2001 of release remove заглушку, closing an access aperture to the hydrotransformer, then a paint note position of the hydrotransformer and a drive plate.
Turn out bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer. For access to each subsequent bolt turn a cranked shaft of the engine in a direction of its working rotation for the central bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
Turn out bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine, thus mark an arrangement of bolts as they have various length.
Take away a transmission from the engine and check up that the hydrotransformer is separated from a drive plate. Captures fix the hydrotransformer, lower and remove a transmission.
Installation
Installation make in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following.
Combine labels on the hydrotransformer and a drive plate put before removal.
Fill in трансмиссионную a liquid in a transmission.
Adjust a cable of the selector and a cable of management throttle заслонкой (on models till 2001).
