Check of throttle knot check as follows:
Check up smoothness and uniformity of turn throttle заслонки.
Remove a branch pipe of an air inlet from throttle knot and check up a condition in throttle knot on absence of adjournment of soot and other pollution, especially round throttle заслонки. In the presence of pollution remove their aerosol means for clearing of carburettors and a tooth-brush. Be preliminary convinced that aerosol means for clearing will not damage the gauge of oxygen and каталитический neutralizer.

THE PREVENTION
Do not spend clearing of the gauge of position throttle заслонки (TPS) and the valve of a control system of frequency of rotation of idling (IAC)
|
Removal of throttle knot spend on the cold engine as follows:
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Loosen the collars also remove an air inlet branch pipe.
Disconnect a cable of an accelerator from the lever of a drive throttle заслонки.
On models till 2001 with an automatic transmission, disconnect a cable of management from the lever throttle заслонки.

Mark and disconnect from throttle knot vacuum hoses and hoses of system of cooling (
fig. 5.24).
Close plastic stoppers hoses of system of cooling that will prevent leak of a cooling liquid.
Disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of position throttle заслонки (TPS).

Remove throttle knot and a lining from an inlet collector.
Engine installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following:
At installation of throttle knot use a new lining.
Check up level and if necessary, add cooling liquid.
