Toyota RAV4>> Fuel system and system of release of the fulfilled gases>> Distributive fuel highway and atomizers
Removal of a distributive fuel highway and atomizers make as follows:
Dump pressure in fuel system.
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
On models till 2001 the further operations carry out as follows:
– Uncover heads of the block of cylinders;
– Remove throttle knot;

– Release 2 clips and disconnect a plait of wires from an inlet collector (fig. 5.28);
– Disconnect 4 electric sockets from atomizers;
– Remove a protective plate on the right side of an inlet collector;
– Remove the valve and a system tube рециркуляции the fulfilled gases;
– Turn out a hollow bolt from the top part of the fuel filter and disconnect from it a fuel hose;
– Disconnect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from an inlet collector;
– Disconnect fuel tubes from a distributive fuel highway;

– Turn out bolts and remove a distributive fuel highway together with atomizers (fig. 5.29);

– Having pulled and simultaneously turning, remove atomizers from a distributive fuel highway (fig. 5.30);
– If atomizers are repeatedly established, replace with them sealing rings;
On models since 2001 the further operations carry out as follows:
– Disconnect a hose from the valve of compulsory ventilation картера;

– Disconnect fuel tubes from a distributive fuel highway (fig. 5.31);

– Turn out bolts of fastening of a fuel highway (fig. 5.32);
– Remove a distributive fuel highway together with atomizers;

– Having pulled and simultaneously turning, remove atomizers from a distributive fuel highway (fig. 5.33);
– If atomizers are repeatedly established, replace with them sealing rings.
