– Position of a seat in a longitudinal plane adjust so that pedals could be squeezed out the feet completely slightly bent in knees;
– Position of a back of a seat adjust so that the back completely adjoined to a back, and the top point of a steering wheel could be got hands slightly bent in elbows.

THE PREVENTION
