Before installation of the new main brake cylinder check up a backlash between a pusher of the vacuum amplifier and the piston of the main brake cylinder (
fig. 11.41 see
). If necessary adjust length of a pusher.
Before installation of the main brake cylinder fill in in it a brake liquid and remove air for what fix the main brake cylinder in a vice and close exhaust outlets of the main brake cylinder carving stoppers.
Fill in in a tank a pure brake liquid.
Turn out one stopper and, moving the piston in the main brake cylinder, squeeze out from it air.
Before отпусканием the piston screw into place a carving stopper.
Repeat operation on air removal until the aperture will not leave only a pure brake liquid without air vials. Repeat operation on removal of air from the main brake cylinder on the second exhaust outlet.
Establish the main brake cylinder with a new lining on hairpins of the vacuum amplifier of brakes and fix nuts, having tightened them at this stage by hand.
Turn out from the main brake cylinder carving stoppers and on their place establish brake tubes.
Definitively tighten nuts of fastening of the main brake cylinder.
Fill in a brake liquid in a compensatory tank of brake system.
Connect an electric socket to the gauge of level of a brake liquid.

Remove air from the main brake cylinder, got there at installation of brake tubes. Sharply press a brake pedal, turn on on a half-turn a nut of fastening of a brake tube to the main brake cylinder at the pressed pedal (
fig. 11.36). Continuing to press a pedal, supersede a liquid being in system together with air. After the pedal will reach extreme forward position and
вытекание liquids will stop, wrap a nut of fastening of a brake tube. Repeat these operations, the air outlet from the main brake cylinder will not stop yet.
