PREVENTIONS
Necessarily replace all pads on one axis of the car even if one is worn out only колодка. If brake pads will be repeatedly established, mark them before removal.
At work brake pads the brake dust which contains asbestos, unhealthy is formed, therefore at clearing brake pads do not use compressed air and do not inhale a dust.
For clearing of brake mechanisms use only a special cleaner of brakes.

Uncover a compensatory tank of brake system.
Tighten a lay brake and block back wheels an emphasis.
Loosen the nuts of fastening of a forward wheel. Lift a forward part of the car and establish it on support. Remove a forward wheel.
Check up a brake disk on absence of cracks, especially round apertures under bolts of fastening of a wheel, and also on absence of excessive deterioration or mechanical damages. In need of replacement at least one of disks replace both disks with axes.

Using a clamp, press the piston into a support (
fig. 11.13). At
утапливании the piston the brake liquid is superseded from the brake cylinder in a compensatory tank, therefore constantly observe of liquid level in a tank, and if necessary pump out from a tank its surplus.
Clear a brake disk, using a special liquid.

Turn out the bottom bolt of fastening of the support, thus the second key keep directing finger from
проворачивания, and lift a support upwards, turning it round the top directing finger. A soft wire tie up a support to a forward rack (
fig. 11.14). Do not turn out the top bolt of fastening of a support and a hollow bolt of fastening of a brake hose.
Remove with скобы a support external шумопоглощающую a lining keeping a lining and external brake pad.

Keeping linings can repeatedly be used, if they have sufficient elasticity, are not deformed and on them there are no cracks, deterioration or corrosion traces.
If pads are suitable to the further operation, clear their wire brush and rags.

Remove four directing brake
pads, check up their condition and establish on a place (
fig. 11.16).

At presence remove the indicator of deterioration with old brake
pads and establish on new (
fig. 11.17). If the indicator is worn out or will drive, replace it.
Do not press a brake pedal at removed brake колодках.
Put special greasing for disk brakes on both parties internal шумопоглощающей linings. Establish internal brake pad with the deterioration indicator, keeping lining and internal шумопоглощающую a lining.
Establish external brake pad, keeping lining and external шумопоглощающую a lining.
Take the bottom directing finger from скобы a support and check up its condition. For extraction of the top directing finger from a support move a support aside from скобы. Apply a thin film high-temperature greasing on directing fingers and establish them in bracket a support.

Establish a support into place and screw the bottom bolt of fastening of a support. If the support is not established on new
pads, a clamp press the piston into a support (
fig. 11.18).
With similar way replace brake pads on the second forward wheel.
Establish wheels and lower the car on the earth.
Some times press a brake pedal that brake pads have occupied the working position.
