Removal of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling make as follows:
Switch off ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.
Remove a transmission.

Unclench fixing spring and remove a plug of deenergizing of coupling from a hairpin with a spherical finger, then remove the bearing of deenergizing of coupling (
fig. 8.7).
Check of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling make as follows:
Check up a condition выжимного the bearing which should rotate easily, in regular intervals and silently and in it should be absent люфт.
The working surface of the bearing influencing a press spring, should be smooth, without cracks, local corrosion or development.
Do not wash out the bearing, immersing it in solvent.
Installation of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling make as follows:
Apply a thin film high-temperature greasing on following details (the greasing layer should be thin and uniform, otherwise at coupling work excessive greasing will be rejected on working surfaces of coupling that can break its work):
– An internal cavity of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling;
– Slots a primary shaft of a transmission;

– Directing plug of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling (

Establish the bearing on a plug of deenergizing of coupling.
Establish the bearing on directing plug of the bearing on the forward party of a transmission, thus the plug should enter into an aperture in картере couplings.
Press a plug before its accurate fixing on a hairpin with a spherical finger.
Apply a thin film high-temperature greasing on a working surface of the bearing of deenergizing of the coupling, contacting with диафрагменной a spring.
The further installation make in sequence, return to removal.
