       THE PREVENTION
At coupling work the dust with the maintenance of asbestos, unhealthy is formed, therefore at coupling clearing do not use compressed air and do not inhale a dust. Coupling details clear of a dust with use of means for clearing of brakes or methyl spirit, and then wipe dry.

Removal of a conducted disk of coupling make as follows:
Remove the working cylinder of coupling and a soft wire fix on a body, without disconnecting from it a tube.
Remove a transmission. The plug and the bearing of deenergizing of coupling can remain established on a transmission.
To support a disk of coupling in the course of removal, establish in a disk nave special the mandrel or an old primary shaft of a transmission.
Note a marker or a paint position of coupling in gathering in relation to a flywheel.
Using the special tool or a screw-driver, for teeths of a gear wreath of a flywheel block it from проворачивания.
Gradually on a diagonal loosen the bolts of fastening of coupling in gathering, turning each bolt on a half-turn until action of a spring and bolts will stop can be turned off manually.
Remove press a disk.
Remove a conducted disk of coupling together with special оправкой.
Check of a condition of a conducted disk of coupling make as follows:
Check up a condition of a surface of a friction of a flywheel on absence of cracks, пригара and deterioration of a surface.
Check up flywheel palpation, for what:

– Establish on the block of cylinders of the engine an arm with the indicator of hour type so that the measuring tip of the indicator rested against a flywheel end face (fig. 8.3);
– Establish the indicator on 0;
– Turn a cranked shaft of the engine and fix the maximum and minimum values on the indicator;
– The difference between these values makes palpation of a flywheel which should be no more than 0,1 mm.
Check up a condition of frictional overlays of a conducted disk of coupling and at presence with them of traces of oil or mechanical damages replace a conducted disk.
Check up a thickness of overlays of a conducted disk of coupling which should act over heads of rivets not less than on 0,8 mm. If their thickness of less admissible or if heads of rivets are close to a working surface, replace their or conducted disk of coupling.

Check up, that springs have not been broken and on them there were no cracks. Check up a condition шлицов in a nave of a disk of coupling on absence of deterioration (fig. 8.4).
The conducted disk of coupling should easily and slide smoothly on шлицах a primary shaft of a transmission. If replacement of a conducted disk of coupling is spent, also it is necessary to replace the bearing of deenergizing of coupling.
Check up a condition выжимного the bearing. The faulty bearing of deenergizing of coupling can be defined, without removing it from the car for what at engine work press a coupling pedal. If by pressing of a pedal of coupling there is a noise, means, the bearing of deenergizing of coupling is faulty, and it is necessary to replace it.
Check up a condition of a press disk of coupling.
Check up reliability of spring connection between a press disk and a coupling casing. Scratches, absence or damage of rivets are not supposed.
Check up press a disk on absence of cracks, пригара and deterioration of a surface.
Installation of a conducted disk of coupling make as follows:

       THE NOTE
At installation of a new conducted or press disk of coupling remove from them anticorrosive protection.

       THE PREVENTION
At installation of a conducted disk watch that on its frictional overlays even in insignificant quantities oil has not got. Therefore before installation by pure rags wipe привалочную a surface of a flywheel and a surface of a press disk. Establish a conducted disk clean hands.

Grease Slots in a nave of a conducted disk with a thin layer of special greasing on a basis дисульфида molybdenum.

Establish a conducted disk with aligning оправкой on a flywheel so that the acting part of a nave of a disk with springs has been directed outside, to a transmission (fig. 8.5).
Establish coupling in gathering, combining apertures in a casing of coupling with directing pins of a flywheel. At repeated installation before the removed press disk of coupling check up, that the labels put before removal were combined.

Gradually in the sequence shown in drawing 8.6, tighten bolts of fastening of a casing of coupling by the moment 19 Нм.
Take the mandrel from a conducted disk.
Grease шлицевую a part of a primary shaft of a transmission and directing plug of the bearing of deenergizing of coupling with a thin layer of special greasing on a basis дисульфида molybdenum.
Establish the bearing of deenergizing of coupling.
Establish a transmission.
Establish the working cylinder of coupling.
