Remove a cap about naves or a decorative cap of a wheel. On models till 2001 take pin and turn away a counternut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave of a forward wheel. On models since 2001 unbend the fillet of a nut bent in a groove of a power shaft.
Face key with the big shoulder (with the extension piece) loosen the a nut of fastening of a shaft of a drive of a wheel to a nave.
Loosen the nuts of fastening of a forward wheel, then lift a forward part of the car and establish it on support. Remove a wheel.
Remove a support, without disconnecting from it a brake hose. Using a soft wire, suspend a support on a forward rack. Remove a brake disk from a nave.
In the presence of ABS remove the gauge of frequency of rotation of a forward wheel.
Note mutual position of the bottom part of a rack and a rotary fist that at installation not to break wheel disorder. Also note position of heads of bolts because on a part of cars special adjusting bolts were established. Loosen the, but do not turn on, nuts of fastening of the bottom part of a rack to a rotary fist.
Disconnect steering draught from a rotary fist.

Turn out a bolt and two nuts of fastening of the spherical hinge to the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket (
fig. 12.11 see
). Mount separate the spherical hinge from the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket and remove from the car.
Turn out a nut of fastening of a shaft of a drive to a nave of a forward wheel and take a shaft from a nave of a forward wheel. If the shaft is not taken manually from a nave, beat out it киянкой. A soft wire suspend the external end of a shaft to a body, do not allow it to hang freely as the internal SHRUS of a shaft can be thus damaged.

Take
pin from a pin of the spherical hinge and turn away a nut of fastening of the spherical hinge to a rotary fist. A stripper squeeze out a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist (
fig. 12.15). If the rotary fist acts in film for replacement of the bearing of a nave, and the spherical hinge is in a good condition, it can to be removed from a rotary fist.

Turn out two nuts and a hammer and
выколоткой beat out two bolts of fastening of the bottom part of a rack to a rotary fist (
fig. 12.1 see
).
Separate a rotary fist from a rack of a forward suspension bracket.

THE NOTE
For removal of a nave and bearing replacement the special equipment and tools, and also skills of work is necessary, therefore it is recommended to perform this work at servicing deport. The only thing that it is possible to execute in house conditions — preliminary to remove a rotary fist with a nave.
