Installation make in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following.
If the new vacuum amplifier check up a pusher backlash as follows is established:

– Measure distance on which the pusher of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from
привалочной surfaces of the main brake cylinder (

), and write down it as the size And;
– Measure distance from an end face of a flange to привалочной surfaces of the main brake cylinder and write down it as the size In;
– Measure distance from a flange to the piston of the main brake cylinder and write down it as the size With;

– Subtract the size In from the size And, then from the received value (And—) subtract the size With and receive backlash

fig. 11.41) a pusher 2 which should be equal 0. If the backlash size negative, i.e. presses a pusher of the vacuum amplifier the piston of 1 main brake cylinder will occur constant

If the backlash size does not correspond to demanded value adjust it, changing length of a pusher. Пассатижами keep a pusher of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from проворачивания and a wrench screw or turn out a pusher head.
After installation of the main brake cylinder and connection to it of brake tubes adjust height of installation of a pedal of a brake and remove air from hydraulic brake system.
